Questions about pricing, ownership, support, security, and the software development process.
Consultations are free and unlimited. You will never have to pay for an app consult.
No. Licenses are renewed annually, and there is no obligation to continue. If you choose not to renew, access to the software will be revoked upon the next year and can be reinstated at any time upon renewal.
Our hourly rate is 85$ per hour. Yearly license fees for standard programs are $1500 per year. For LMS programs license fees are $400 a year.
We do not charge per user. We use a flat license fee model.
The short answer? The numbers we use to determine if the app will save you money come from your team, not ours, so you never have to worry about bias. We work with your team and get estimates on time that is spent doing the process that our app is replacing. We then give a rough quote for how much we think that app with cost to develop and compare the cost to the labor cost. Whenever we present the numbers you still have the option to decline or accept regardless of the results, so there is no pressure.
Almost anything you ask for. Previous projects include (but are not limited to) report builders, learning modules, third-party to third-party API connections, or whatever else your team needs.
Absolutely. Software should evolve alongside your business. We can modify, expand, or improve systems as your needs change.
In many cases, yes. We regularly work with APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms to connect systems. If we are unable to, it usually means third-party platforms don't have the tools, infrastructure, or are unwilling to connect their services.
Due to licensing issues, we are unable to work on other developer's code directly. However, we are often able to work alongside these programs.
No, any software you comission is available to you and you alone, even if you opt-out of paying yearly license fees.
That's completely normal. Most clients come to us with a business problem rather than a technical specification. We'll help identify the most effective solution.
Yes. Sometimes an existing tool, process improvement, or workflow change is the better option. If custom software doesn't make financial sense, we'll tell you. We are also available to set up any processes not comissioned for you (such as third party programs), no license fees required.
The average program takes around two weeks, but project timelines vary depending on complexity. Some solutions can be delivered within days, while larger systems may take several weeks.
We remain available to address issues, gather feedback, and make improvements. Real-world usage often reveals opportunities for refinement.
We test all software before deployment, but real-world use can occasionally uncover edge cases that are difficult to anticipate. We address issues as they are identified by your team and resolve them promptly.
If a bug is discovered, we investigate the issue and provide a fix. Issues are typically addressed within a week.
Unlike traditional freelance work, our contracts stipulate terms for long term support.
We build a platform for your company that requires company login info to access programs. We can also revoke access of individual users immediately should an account be compromised.
We encrypt all data that is stored and sent between your software and our servers. The servers are owned and maintained by us only.
